Shoes came within the week, came damaged the shiny paintant was worn and peeling in areas and they are incredibly uncomfortable I would not recommend

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately Royal mail don't scan the item until it gets to the depot and due to the strikes there has been a huge backlog at their depots which is causing delays. We are doing everything we can to help in these difficult situations.

Ordered boots over a week ago for an event on weekend just gone, boots didn't arrive and am still awaiting delivery of product

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 25th November. Having heard nothing, I contacted them on the 2nd December and was told that the items had been "dispatched" on the 28th November. However, I had no dispatch note or tracking number. Very efficiently, I was sent a dispatch e-mail immediately. The tracking then told me that the PO have been informed of the item but it has never been picked up and this remains the case. I realise that there has been a 2 day PO strike in this period but surely, by now, the package should have been uplifted and I should have been kept informed as to what is happening. Furthermore, I was sent an e-mail to review, before the goods were dispatched and found no way from the e-mail of submitting the review.

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately the Royal mail strikes that was on 24th, 25th, 30th November and 1st December have caused a lot of delays. I can confirm that a notice of the strikes was advertised on our website. We are very sorry for the delays the Royal mail strikes are causing.

Ordered for 1-2 working day’s delivery on Wednesday 23rd November and even paid extra for the faster delivery (£6) . It’s now Thursday 1st December and still I haven’t received the shoes. These will now be returned as they were needed for an event on the 30th November and obviously didn’t come in time. My advice is don’t advertise a quick delivery option if you can’t deliver it!!

LE381802657GB Tracking 101322 item # I am so disappointed in this company it’s not even funny, I’m yet to receive my item the information that I received is little to none and I’m super upset. Never again will I ever purchase anything from this website nor this company, I hope no one for that matter purchase anything they’re not a good company.

We are sorry to hear your unhappy with the service. I can confirm that a Royal mail sack had gone missing due to the strikes but we re sent another pair to this customer straight away when they contacted. The item has now been delivered safely

Very disappointed with my shoes the sizing is so wrong and the shoes are poorly made. Definitely won't be ordering again

Purchased 3 pairs of shoes, two were very low quality and uncomfortable. Only happy with one of the purchases. I cannot return them as they were for an occasion and have been worn.

Very disappointing products. Cheap looking and very small in size so sent back. Faulty items also, but did get a refund straight away after emailing about those at least. Didn't get a freepost returns label for the rest, even though I was extremely unhappy with the large order I made. Will not shop here again or recommend. Even though it's a long standing British company, the products were cheaply made in China!

I visited the Kidderminster store to get my toddlers shoes checked for size and purchase a new pair of shoes if needed. I understand everyone has to start somewhere however feel the other staff in the store did not pick up when the service was not up to scratch. Firstly the trainee came over in a very shy manor and spoke so quietly I could even hear what she was saying. I asked her to check the current shoes which she did not do she just took them off straight away and started measuring my daughter, I could clearly see the back of her heal was not even in the measure (I did tell the girl, which did not make any difference and she continued to measure her with her heal out of the measure). She measured her at a 5.5 G which I was shocked at as her current shoes are a 4G. At this point she said a colleague needed to check this as she was training, her colleague measured her at a 4.5 G so a significant difference. At which point I said well if she needs a new pair can we look at a nice shoe, not a trainer and nothing patterned. She brought down mostly trainers then a couple of nicer shoes but all quite patterned. She tried a couple of the shoes on her however getting frustrated with my daughter has she was screwing her toes up (she is 14months old) and she was struggling to get the shoe on her foot. At this point I had had quite enough and said I was going to leave it for today. I drove straight to a Clarks in which I received great customer services where they looked at her current shoes and said they where still okay, but checked this by measuring her feet at a 4 G. A massive difference from the 5.5 G she was firstly measured at Blunts. This is such a shame as I have always used Blunts in Kidderminster and always received great service, however I will not be wasting my time with them again! The unfortunate thing wasn't even with the trainee it was more with the colleague who was training her not stepping in when she clearly needed help. Very very poor customer service!

Registered for an account and ordered a pair of shoes. I entered my bank account details and it said it was going to send a passcode to a totally different phone number to mine, I've tried to delete the account and it won't let me .
