“Ordered size 8 mules, they wouldn’t even go on my daughter’s feet and she’s only a 6! Sizing is completely out, waste of time and money, sent them back still waiting for refund.”

“Whilst Blunts have very good shoes I was disappointed that a wide fit boot wasn’t. I paid for delivery and have to pay to return.”

“Ordered on line left order then got e mail to complete order paid for the shoes to then get e mail saying can.not supply shoes refunded straight away but really wanted shoes must be discontinued as cannot get anywhere els”

“Painful to walk in, poor quality, retuned shoes and had to pay for postage to return and delivery fee which ended up being the price of one pair of shoes. Refund isn’t worth it. Will not order from Blunts again.”

“Ordered Flat diamanté sliders. Half of the diamantés were missing. Ordered online, obviously someone didn’t check before packing. I returned to shop, lady was very helpful & I got a full refund & the postage.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived and were too big which is fine but I was shocked that I had to pay the postage (£11) for the return. Other companies (Start Rite) use Evri which is easy and free!”

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately Royal mail don't scan the item until it gets to the depot and due to the strikes there has been a huge backlog at their depots which is causing delays. We are doing everything we can to help in these difficult situations.

“I bought a pair of boots which were reasonably priced but I was dissapointed that the tiny heel tapped in at the end of one heel was not tapped in straight. Dissapointed as Blunts normally have a goid reputation for their finish.”

“Shoes are really good quality as we bought Clarks brand. I had ordered 2 shoes so I can check it with my son’s exact size. After selecting one had the return the other. The customer service is so bad that I had to pay for return which costed me £8.50, for £48. 00 shoes. Would never buy from them again.”
