“Order some bridesmaids shoes from Blunts ebay shop. When they arrived they were very tight and seemed like the wrong size. Filed a returns claim the following day only to be told I couldn't return them as I had worn them!!! How are you supposed to try on shoes without wearing them??? Blunts then ignored messages directing them to the Sale of goods act 1979 and even claimed they had contacted ebay to help refuse my claim. After speaking with eBay myself, they even said how are you supposed to try on shoes without wearing them and upheld my claim. Blunts appear to go against their own return policy and the real kicker is that there is a shop less than 100 meters away!!!”

“Lovely boots Unfortunately they were too small. I rang to order larger size but delivery for Christmas was not guaranteed even on Royal Mail 24, due to Royal Mail strikes, therefore I have not reordered.”

“Easy to order on line. Communication emails very good. Black biker style boots with fur interior and fur stripe down length of boot. Love the boots. They are true to size. The insole inside the right boot is misplaced which meant my toes kept rubbing in the gap at the end. Put a new insole in so now it's fine. Slight extra cost but not worth returning boots for. Other than than fit well and are easy to walk in. Good grip on sole. I will spray waterproof them as I do with all footwear. Can recommend the boots and Blunts Shoes. Good price £20.00.”

“Painful to walk in, poor quality, retuned shoes and had to pay for postage to return and delivery fee which ended up being the price of one pair of shoes. Refund isn’t worth it. Will not order from Blunts again.”

“I ordered a pair of Reiker walking boots, they were nicely priced, I was told when my parcel would arrive. The parcel arrived boot box inside a thick plastic bag, which clearly says 100 % recyclable, and was partly made from recycled material. This information pleases me greatly, well done!.... the bag shall be turned inside out to re use either sending out another parcel, or to use at home to store knitwear with a lavender bag inside before sealing. As for the boots, what more can I say other than great, they fit perfectly, I use a protective waterproof spray over my walking boots, and they are o so comfy, this is my third pair of reeker boots over the past 5 years, so would really recommend.”

“My mother and I visited the Kidderminster store today. We both have problems with our feet and finding comfortable, attractive shoes can be a huge problem. We were served by a lovely lady named Jan who went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. We tried on upto 10 pairs of shoes and she was so patient and friendly. Definitely has the patience of a saint! I would automatically go to this branch next time I need shoes, the selection is amazing. Jan, a huge thank you from both of us for all your help. She’s a credit to your store .”
