“Excellent service- boots arrived quickly but I’d mistakenly ordered the wrong size- I spoke to a really helpful lady and ordered the correct size online and returned the first pair. I literally got a refund through next day and the new boots turned up the day after! Unbelievably good service. I’m over the moon with my Harley Davidson Wexford boots which were an absolute bargain. I will definitely order again from Blunts Shoes.”

“Thank you to Karen in kingstanding who was amazing with my granddaughter today . She measured Bears feet and gave him a sticker to encourage my granddaughter to get her feet measured. Proper high street business as it should be . We will definitely be back . Lovely lady thank you . Kindness goes a long way .”

“I've just bought a 4th pair of my favourite boots from Blunts. I was contacted by them during packing, to show me in photos that they had found scratches on the side of the boots. They had no hesitation in offering a full, immediate refund or a hefty discount should I go ahead with the order. I went ahead anyway and they arrived in the usual timely manner. Top customer service and top retailer. A+++++”
