“Excellent service- boots arrived quickly but I’d mistakenly ordered the wrong size- I spoke to a really helpful lady and ordered the correct size online and returned the first pair. I literally got a refund through next day and the new boots turned up the day after! Unbelievably good service. I’m over the moon with my Harley Davidson Wexford boots which were an absolute bargain. I will definitely order again from Blunts Shoes.”

“We use Blunts shoes for my 13 year old school shoes. He has a style of shoe he likes and a wide foot which Clarks no longer stock. Thank goodness for Blunts who stock it and send it out really quickly.”

“Acceptable because the shoe quality was good but size not true. Also having to pay postage for delivery & return cost me over £6 which obviously I had to pay. So I’m £6 out of pocket & nothing to show for it, would think twice about using the service again.”

“I did actually have a problem with the shoes I bought. However, the communication was excellent, i immediately was offered reply paid parcel label and refund. I did end up keeping them with a small discount, but was very grateful for the personal interaction. It made a big difference.”

“I order a pair of shoes from Blunts not expecting them to be very good because they were so cheap. However, I am absolutely bowled over by the fabulous pair of shoes that arrived very quickly and extremely well packed. They are fabulous and will certainly be placing more orders.
