“Great price and postage. Boots are exactly what was ordered. However the boots arrived in the worst box imaginable. They are for a gift and just not presentable without an apology and explanation to the recipient. The box was ripped and broken at all the corners and looked like it had been taped back up underwater. The only thing holding it together was the plastic bag the box was posted in. The Boots were a good price but if the item isn’t going to arrive as most people would expect it should be noted on the product description.”

“Kingstanding store as a resident we used this store for school shoes for my children. The staff was very freindly whilst remaining professional at all times. I went to visit the store the other day but was put of going in by going due to all the graffiti on the building including the shutters looks very run down and not a great representation of such what was such a great store.”

“Good service in general, although the shoes I bought are not ideal. They were cheap, and free returns are not offered, so I'll keep them but would ideally have sent them back. The shoes seem small for their size (they are Clarks and I am very familiar with how their shoes fit my children), and I think the description could also have been better. They were described as lace-up, even though they are (thankfully!) pull-on shoes with stretchy laces, as you'd expect for young children. But as I said, they were very cheap...”

“I found ordering my shoes a bit of a hassle because I wasn’t with PayPal and gave up trying to get into PayPal. But I found ordering them from a shop even more of a hassle and had a go getting onto PayPal. Once I was with PayPal I found ordering with PayPal no problem so I won’t have any trouble ordering my next pair. I’m willing to accept that everything these days requires a bit of fiddling about.”

“Nice sandals but not happy… the first pair I bought were to small so I returned and had to pay delivery postage and return postage… the next size up arrived and were faulty but again I had to pay delivery postage and return postage and although I marked my return invoice with a I would like a replacement that didn’t happen ! On this occasion though I did get the delivery charge refunded but not the return postage this meant I ordered again and had to pay another delivery charge it’s ended up costing me more in delivery and returns than the cost of the shoes ! Extremely disappointed”

“Why do Blunts only offer an exchange or credit note? I bought Skechers and they are too big but I haven’t been offered a refund. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Why do they not offer half sizes on most of their shoes, again restricting options. These they can’t get in a half size for me. I think in this instance a refund would have been a better option for me! Not good enough! In the future I will stick to Skechers or online options.”

“Anatomic & Co shoes purchased. When received the overall condition was not as good as should reasonably be expected I feel. Both shoes had scuff marks to the tan leather but one in particular was fairly extensively scuffed. Something you might expect from a display shoe perhaps certainly not a manufacturer box fresh pair. However after expressing my concerns and disappointment to customer services they were quick to resolve the matter and avoid the inconvenience of a return which was appreciated. Not sure I would want to take chance of another order to be honest but in light of the resolution I have rated my experience as acceptable.”

“Bought as a gift for my granddaughter. Good service and prompt delivery. The shoes had obviously been returned as there were fingerprints on the patent leather and food on the sole. Just as well I checked them before giving then to her.”

“The communication and speed of delivery were above average, and Blunts can be congratulated on their excellent customer service. The shoes were packaged well and arrived as promised. The only downside was that the price was significantly more expensive than other places online that unfortunately didn’t have the size I needed. This is why I rated overall as acceptable, rather than excellent.”
