I ordered a pair of shoes on the 25th November. Having heard nothing, I contacted them on the 2nd December and was told that the items had been "dispatched" on the 28th November. However, I had no dispatch note or tracking number. Very efficiently, I was sent a dispatch e-mail immediately. The tracking then told me that the PO have been informed of the item but it has never been picked up and this remains the case.
I realise that there has been a 2 day PO strike in this period but surely, by now, the package should have been uplifted and I should have been kept informed as to what is happening.
Furthermore, I was sent an e-mail to review, before the goods were dispatched and found no way from the e-mail of submitting the review.
