“I was overcharged by £5 during my visit, and when I raised the issue, the manager refused to refund the difference. Her attitude was unprofessional and gave me the impression that something wasn’t quite right. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received I’ve never experienced such poor treatment anywhere else. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.”

“Cost me over £10 in postage both ways and have ended up with nothing as I had to return them as they are way too small !! I ordered a half size bigger than I take and my heel is hanging over the back so very uncomfortable. £5.99 for express delivery for a pair of shoes that cost £19.99 and another £5 to return them.”

“I ordered shoes from Blunt they were not suitable , I returned them the next day in the original packaging. The shoes were £8 and return postage was £3.50 I was shocked to see they only refunded me £2.99 I would never use the company again.”

“This is a review for the Kidderminster store rather than the website. I have used Blunts for the last 60 years for my childhood shoes, my children’s and now my grandchildren’s. Unfortunately my latest experience was not good, we were served by a member of staff who obviously didn’t want to be there and everything seemed too much trouble. When I asked what was available in my grandchildren’s sizes she just pointed to the shelf and said that was what they had! This is not my usual experience with Blunts but sadly I will not be returning as I felt the service I have always relied on simply doesn’t exist there any more. We then took the children to an independent shoe shop elsewhere and had excellent service, both children rapidly fitted with new shoes by a very helpful member of staff who was pleasant and appeared pleased to see us. They have now gained our loyalty and we will certainly be returning there for future purchases”

“it does not matter how many times I check but blunts never have size 9 in dark brown Pitney style mens shoes. a reputable seller would stock all sizes . you will always find this if you try buying barker shoes from blunts. I would not re”

“Very disappointed in "spot on" shoes. Wore only 4/5 times and soles completely fell away from shoe, Such poor quality, would never buy again. Will allow me to swap for another pair, but nothing similar in my size. Has been a pain to correct with Blunts, still awaiting an outcome”

“Unfortunately I have been sent one wide shoe and one normal size shoe instead of a pair of wide shoes. So cannot wear them as one is far too tight. So will have to return them. Very disappointed.”
