The sandals came with missing gems, contacted them but heard nothing back.

Jelly shoes too small despite ordering my usual shoe size. Would have returned , but having paid £3.50 postage for jellies costing only £5.99 , I wasn't prepared to pay another £3.50 to recoup £5.99 . Have put jellies in charity bag. Total waste of £9.49 .Not even a proper returns form included in parcel. Will not be ordering from Blunts again.

Recently purchased white toepost sandals. Have just worn them once and a decorative stud fell off so I am in the process of sending them back hopefully for a full refund.

Website needs sorting out, it shows items as in stock when ordering then 2 out of 3 items on order are cancelled as out of stock!!

Appalling service. Ordered a pair of school shoes for my daughter, which I’m sure you can appreciate is difficult enough given the current pandemic but I was sent 2 odd sizes! I ordered a size 13 and was sent one 13 and one 1! I am aware mistakes happen but then to have a packing receipt singed in the box is just even worse. Safe to say I returned them and I am awaiting my refund. It’s a shame I use blunts to get my children’s shoes fitted and measured but ordering online I won’t be doing again.

The shoes were too small, when I asked to return, I was told no free returns. Now I have paid p&p twice and nothing to show for it. Very unhappy about the service and will never show there again. Neither my friends or family.

Service is appalling. Paid £6 for NEXT DAY delivery to never receive my shoes at all. All information given it nonsense such as tracking information. Royal Mail had no idea where the package was and that had apparently never received it? Tried to call but you have no phone number? I emailed, but no response? I waited in for 2 days and cancelled appointments to wait for these shoes I was desperate for to not get them at all. It’s a joke to be honest. Will not be using you again. By the way.. I wouldn’t even rate you 1 star.

I have recently purchased a pair of patrol boots. The boots have arrived heavily damaged and in a very poor state. The heel of one of the boots is peeling badly and it appears to have began to crack on both sides of the boot. It looks as though the boots have been around the houses and returned multiple times. I would like to have thought that the boots would have been quality checked before leaving the warehouse but this clearly isn't the case. Disappointed is an understatement. This is my first and last purchase from Blunts.

Disgusting con artists Bought Wellington boots (dictionary definition is a waterproof plastic or rubber boot) - seals leak badly (1st time on) and was told they’re not sold as waterproof so won’t do anything - do not buy from them they will not deal with faulty goods 🤬

Accepted order, marked as sent out with RM tracking number, but suspect there wasn't actually any stock and therefore not sent out in first place (tracking said RM had not received). Not very good customer service. Will avoid in future.
