Anatomic & Co shoes purchased. When received the overall condition was not as good as should reasonably be expected I feel. Both shoes had scuff marks to the tan leather but one in particular was fairly extensively scuffed. Something you might expect from a display shoe perhaps certainly not a manufacturer box fresh pair. However after expressing my concerns and disappointment to customer services they were quick to resolve the matter and avoid the inconvenience of a return which was appreciated. Not sure I would want to take chance of another order to be honest but in light of the resolution I have rated my experience as acceptable.
