“I don’t live in this area and ended up going ti Blunts in Kingstanding to buy Clark’s boys school shoes as nowhere else had what we wanted. And we were amazed to find such wonderful staff! (A rare find in shops these days!) The lady who served us was called Kay (according to the receipt) and she was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and engaging and just a good old fashioned ‘proper’ sales assistant who seemed genuinely interested in our son. She immediately used his name and made him feel involved and important and wished him well at school next week as we left. He was happy! We were happy! Highly recommend this member of staff and store.”
