“I bought a pair of shoes online for my husband, they arrived very quickly despite of the bank holiday. Sadly he didn’t like my choice! He’d rather pop in himself and try some on. Anyway, I returned the shoes to my local branch, Kidderminster. The staff there were very helpful, and credited my account.”
