“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (one for me and one for my child) and unfortunately the shoes I ordered for myself had a design fault and the soles fell off both shoes. Customer services were friendly and helpful, they offered a full refund and apologised for the inconvenience. My child's shoes are brilliant, comfortable and she is wearing them daily. While I'm disappointed not to have the shoes I wanted I would recommend dealing with the company. I've bought from them in the past and will do again.”

“I love Blunts and as a costume designer regularly use them, due to their wide options, customer service and reliability. With my most recent order the sandals, mules and trainers were great (though the trainers were too narrow for the actor) the wellies came a little crumpled at the top, which was very unusual for Blunts.”
