“Hi It was easy to order and my purchase arrived very quick but I ordered two pairs size 5 and received one 5 and one 3 which I have sent for a replacement I hope you can sort this out for me. Pauline Demetriades”

“Easy to order on line. Communication emails very good. Black biker style boots with fur interior and fur stripe down length of boot. Love the boots. They are true to size. The insole inside the right boot is misplaced which meant my toes kept rubbing in the gap at the end. Put a new insole in so now it's fine. Slight extra cost but not worth returning boots for. Other than than fit well and are easy to walk in. Good grip on sole. I will spray waterproof them as I do with all footwear. Can recommend the boots and Blunts Shoes. Good price £20.00.”

“Good service but the sizing chart was not accurate so the shoes I ordered were too big. Still at least they paid for return postage and I hope I get the correct ones delivered soon. Online customer service Chat was with a real person and good.”
