“But the shoes were to small for me had this make in a different style and they fit me fine so unfortunately I have to send them back as you don’t have them in a bigger size thanks”

“Genuine brand name shoes (clarks) came boxed, no different from the actual shop. Good comunication. Only gave 4 stars instaed of 5 as i paid for 24hrs delievery and it took several days to arrive instead.”

“Delivery was incredibly quick and no problems there. Unfortunately we found the shoes uncomfortable and so had to return them. We were advised to pay for tracking ,due to shoes being above£50, and the postage of £11.60 would make us think of ordering more in case we found them unsuitable”
