“I ordered a pair of shoes on the 25th November. Having heard nothing, I contacted them on the 2nd December and was told that the items had been "dispatched" on the 28th November. However, I had no dispatch note or tracking number. Very efficiently, I was sent a dispatch e-mail immediately. The tracking then told me that the PO have been informed of the item but it has never been picked up and this remains the case. I realise that there has been a 2 day PO strike in this period but surely, by now, the package should have been uplifted and I should have been kept informed as to what is happening. Furthermore, I was sent an e-mail to review, before the goods were dispatched and found no way from the e-mail of submitting the review.”

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately the Royal mail strikes that was on 24th, 25th, 30th November and 1st December have caused a lot of delays. I can confirm that a notice of the strikes was advertised on our website. We are very sorry for the delays the Royal mail strikes are causing.

“Excellent! As elderly, and not familiar with ordering on line,I contacted the company and had a prompt, helpful response from the company. The delivery was delayed by the postal strike, but I was kept informed and the goods were carefully packed. I would be happy to recommend and would use again .”

“Ordered for 1-2 working day’s delivery on Wednesday 23rd November and even paid extra for the faster delivery (£6) . It’s now Thursday 1st December and still I haven’t received the shoes. These will now be returned as they were needed for an event on the 30th November and obviously didn’t come in time. My advice is don’t advertise a quick delivery option if you can’t deliver it!!”

“OMG - I have just purchased a pair of caramel suede ankle boots, and they’re gorgeous. I am usually disappointed when it comes to these kind of boots as I have ‘fat’ ankles. I ordered a size up and with a little persuasion the zip glided upwards and I could even fit I snug finger between the top of the boot and my leg. They fit beautifully, no pinching, I can move my toes and they give great support around the whole foot. The price was fantastic, the quality and finish of the boots was exceptional and they arrived quickly in a lovely box with tissue around them which gave a high end finish to the whole experience of buying them on line. Five stars all the way. Will certainly be back to this company for more.”
