“Outstanding customer service from Emily in your Stourbridge branch. I accompanied my daughter, & her 13 month old baby, this morning when she was buying shoes for work - she's a primary school teacher so her footwear needs to be durable & comfortable. Emily was extremely helpful & achieved the perfect balance of being friendly & professional. Thank you so much.”

“I am particularly pleased with the service I received from Blunts Shoes I find it difficult to find shoes which are comfortable and easy to wear I have ordered an older design of Clarkes shoes and I’m relieved that blunts provided them quickly and efficiently .- they are very good value for money”

“I've ordered nice boots but were too small and heels higher than I expected so I'd return them back .I had to pay for return postage and when I got refund ,it didn't include delivery cost I paid as well ,so I'm a bit disappointed.”

“We have been using Blunt Shoes for a while now. We find them reliable, great quality at an affordable price. When ordering the items usually arrive 4 to 5 days of purchase. They are boxed and well presented too. Great service can 100% Recommend.”

“LE381802657GB Tracking 101322 item # I am so disappointed in this company it’s not even funny, I’m yet to receive my item the information that I received is little to none and I’m super upset. Never again will I ever purchase anything from this website nor this company, I hope no one for that matter purchase anything they’re not a good company.”

We are sorry to hear your unhappy with the service. I can confirm that a Royal mail sack had gone missing due to the strikes but we re sent another pair to this customer straight away when they contacted. The item has now been delivered safely
