“Lovely boots Unfortunately they were too small. I rang to order larger size but delivery for Christmas was not guaranteed even on Royal Mail 24, due to Royal Mail strikes, therefore I have not reordered.”

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately Royal mail don't scan the item until it gets to the depot and due to the strikes there has been a huge backlog at their depots which is causing delays. We are doing everything we can to help in these difficult situations.
