“Found my favourite Down to Earth sandals at Blunt Shoes so happy as are the most contactable sandals I own. Bought two colours and will probably buy more. Great choice of footwear online too.”

“Excellent customer service, there was a slight problem with one sandal. They have been returned and I await a replacement pair. Very polite and helpful when I phoned. The sandals otherwise are exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to receiving the new pair.”

“My shoes arrived, in perfect condition, just a couple of days after the online order was made. A return label was included and, in the case of faulty items or the wrong goods having been sent, return postage is free, which seems fair. My only reservation was that the price paid for the shoes was £5 more than the stated RRP but, as both prices were clearly displayed on the website and as postage for my order was free, it was my choice to make the purchase.”

“The website was good and easy to use. Afraid all the shoes I sent for were too tight . I’m normally a size 6. I have taken them back to a local blunts shop. I was pleased they accepted as the return post was expensive. Apart from the size the shoes were of good quality and I shall be ordering another pair. I”
