“Good service but some shoes have sizing Issues and customers have to pay return postage. However deliveries are fast and shoes are well packaged”

“Ordered a pair of shoes through Ebay - turned out to be with Blunts. They were lovely, but sadly a wee bit tight so I phoned Blunts and was told to send them back with instructions for a different size or gave info about a similar pair in my size. Paid the postage to return with request for next size up. Few days later received a refund through Ebay. I phone Blunts again to be told they probably were not in stock. Went on line again and re-ordered in new size through a different company - hey ho, these were also supplied by Blunts! The new style and size are very nice, but the admin/communication with Blunts a little misleading.”

“Love the shoes and such a good price for a leather shoe. Initially ordered a 4 but am really a 3.5 and just too big. I had to return and reorder 3 which was perfect. Speedy delivery on both occasions and quick refund. Will definitely use Blunts again.”
