“Service and delivery was fine but the so called extra wide sandals by rieker were not wide at all. I saw some in a shoe shop today and compared them to rieker extra wide shoes and the sandal footbed was much narrower. Perhaps you could draw this to the manufacturers attention so as not to waste customers’ time and cost of return postage”

“I was overcharged by £5 during my visit, and when I raised the issue, the manager refused to refund the difference. Her attitude was unprofessional and gave me the impression that something wasn’t quite right. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received I’ve never experienced such poor treatment anywhere else. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.”

“Unfortunately the shoes were too narrow for me, I have returned them via Royal Mail and await a refund. No problem with delivery etc. Thank you.”
