“Bought as a gift for my granddaughter. Good service and prompt delivery. The shoes had obviously been returned as there were fingerprints on the patent leather and food on the sole. Just as well I checked them before giving then to her.”

“My mother who is 88 needed some new shoes to go to a workplace reunion. I had previously bought shoes for her by going into the local Blunts shop. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I was looking for Easy B shoes because they were comfortable and well-made leather. I knew the size so had a look at their website. I was able to find a very similar Ladies Padders Dual Fitting shoe with double velcro fastening. Everything was tracked online. I knew exactly when to look out for the shoes that were being delivered by Royal Mail. The shoes were well packaged and came within a few days. Mum's reunion went well and she felt very proud in her new shoes thanks to Blunts.”

“Full range of stock which meant that I could purchase the shoe I could not find elsewhere at Blunts. Very pleased with Star/Rite Rhino school show for my son. Delivery was prompt and I shall be buying shoes from Blunts again!”

“The communication and speed of delivery were above average, and Blunts can be congratulated on their excellent customer service. The shoes were packaged well and arrived as promised. The only downside was that the price was significantly more expensive than other places online that unfortunately didn’t have the size I needed. This is why I rated overall as acceptable, rather than excellent.”

“Brilliant service, I’d had these particular shoes in silver and they are so comfy, but Clark’s don’t sell them anymore, so tracked them down on Blunts. Less hassle than going shopping, and p and p is exceptionally reasonable”
