“The shoes were very nice & as shown on the website. The price was excellent too & they were sent promptly. I needed to return them as they were not a good fit for me. Would have liked for either delivery or returns to have been fre if charge as paying for both is rather xpensive”

“Really excellent service. Quick delivery and good communication. I bought 2 pairs of sandals, unfortunately one of the pairs dyes my feet black! The others are great. Other than that, good quality.”

“Shoes delivered promptly. A rapid, no quibble refund on the pair I had to return because they did not fit properly. Given our increasingly eco-aware world, I would have found it helpful if the site had included a brief description of "action leather", specifically mentioning that it has a coating that is not a natural material.”

“Well they accepted my order, then they were no longer available. However I had my money back very quickly. Disappointing but excellent customer care.”

“The boots are exactly what I wanted, very comfortable. Just one problem. Whoever designs the boots assumes if a person has large feet then they must have fat legs. I have large feet and slim legs, therefore the boots are massive around my legs - not a good look. Trying to think how I can have them altered. Any ideas?”
