“Excellent service- boots arrived quickly but I’d mistakenly ordered the wrong size- I spoke to a really helpful lady and ordered the correct size online and returned the first pair. I literally got a refund through next day and the new boots turned up the day after! Unbelievably good service. I’m over the moon with my Harley Davidson Wexford boots which were an absolute bargain. I will definitely order again from Blunts Shoes.”

“Boots arrived in good time , packed ok , once opened up realised they where the wrong colour, contact one of your representatives, about the issue, he was very helpful and said he would send the right colour of my boots straight away, arriving today . So if they arrive on time will be a happy customer and would buy from you again .”

“Excellent quality snow boots for the sale price - am absolutely thrilled with them. Super fit. Have order a other couple of pairs as such lovely colours for thermal moon boots. The Welly boots were a lovely design and fit well too. Delivery very speedy and prompt also via DPD courier. Thank you very much 🙏👍 5***** rating”

“I've just bought a 4th pair of my favourite boots from Blunts. I was contacted by them during packing, to show me in photos that they had found scratches on the side of the boots. They had no hesitation in offering a full, immediate refund or a hefty discount should I go ahead with the order. I went ahead anyway and they arrived in the usual timely manner. Top customer service and top retailer. A+++++”
