“I ordered two pairs - one pair showed up promptly, th either never did . The customer secrice was excellent and fast and refunded me as they couldn't offer me another pair of the same. The shoes I bought matched the description exactly and are of good quality, exceeding that expected for the price I paid. I will buy from them again! “I ordered two pairs of Wellington boots for my twin daughters, one size 1(33) and the other a size 2(34). I was shocked when I received them, they were tiny. Compared to another shoe of the same size, they were several centimetres shorter! I emailed to complain about the sizing and the fact that I would now have to pay to return them, even though it was their error, but all they could suggest was ordering another size. I won't be doing that as it would be pot luck with what you get. Disappointed.”
