“Outstanding customer service from Emily in your Stourbridge branch. I accompanied my daughter, & her 13 month old baby, this morning when she was buying shoes for work - she's a primary school teacher so her footwear needs to be durable & comfortable. “I am particularly pleased with the service I received from Blunts Shoes I find it difficult to find shoes which are comfortable and easy to wear I have ordered an older design of Clarkes shoes and I’m relieved that blunts provided them quickly and efficiently .- they are very good value for money”

“I've ordered nice boots but were too small and heels higher than I expected so I'd return them back .I had to pay for return postage and when I got refund ,it didn't include delivery cost I paid as well ,so I'm a bit disappointed.”
