“Ordered Flat diamanté sliders. Half of the diamantés were missing. Ordered online, obviously someone didn’t check before packing. I returned to shop, lady was very helpful & I got a full refund & the postage.”

“Bought as a gift for my granddaughter. Good service and prompt delivery. The shoes had obviously been returned as there were fingerprints on the patent leather and food on the sole. Just as well I checked them before giving then to her.”

“My mother who is 88 needed some new shoes to go to a workplace reunion. I had previously bought shoes for her by going into the local Blunts shop. The staff were always helpful and friendly. I was looking for Easy B shoes because they were comfortable and well-made leather. I knew the size so had a look at their website. I was able to find a very similar Ladies Padders Dual Fitting shoe with double velcro fastening. Everything was tracked online. I knew exactly when to look out for the shoes that were being delivered by Royal Mail. The shoes were well packaged and came within a few days. Mum's reunion went well and she felt very proud in her new shoes thanks to Blunts.”
