“the shoes i ordered was delivered on time when i got them the price on the box was £10 cheaper then i paid i phoned up the next day and spoke to a lady forget her name and she said we will credit you the £10 pounds and they did i would recommend this company to anybody i will give you 10 out of 10 many thanks. mr john young.”

“You sent me the wrong item. When I contacted you I received an anonymous reply. I tried again and received a named reply but he explained that I had to sent the wrong item back and only on receipt would the correct item be sent out. The wrong item was cheaper than the correct one. I consider good customer service to be you putting right the wrong and not putting the onus on me. I now have the correct item but have been inconvenienced unnecessarily for such a small amount”
