“Hi It was easy to order and my purchase arrived very quick but I ordered two pairs size 5 and received one 5 and one 3 which I have sent for a replacement I hope you can sort this out for me. Pauline Demetriades”

“Why do Blunts only offer an exchange or credit note? I bought Skechers and they are too big but I haven’t been offered a refund. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Why do they not offer half sizes on most of their shoes, again restricting options. These they can’t get in a half size for me. I think in this instance a refund would have been a better option for me! Not good enough! In the future I will stick to Skechers or online options.”

“Ordered size 8 mules, they wouldn’t even go on my daughter’s feet and she’s only a 6! Sizing is completely out, waste of time and money, sent them back still waiting for refund.”
