“Classic independent shoe shop that sells many brands. Stores appear a little old fashioned when you enter but the array sold and I would say one of the best for childrens shoes. This purchase was an online purchase for a pair of leather shoes similar to ones already purchased previously in the store. Received them super quickly. Would definitely recommend”

“My mother and I visited the Kidderminster store today. We both have problems with our feet and finding comfortable, attractive shoes can be a huge problem. We were served by a lovely lady named Jan who went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. We tried on upto 10 pairs of shoes and she was so patient and friendly. Definitely has the patience of a saint! I would automatically go to this branch next time I need shoes, the selection is amazing. Jan, a huge thank you from both of us for all your help. She’s a credit to your store .”

“Genuine brand name shoes (clarks) came boxed, no different from the actual shop. Good comunication. Only gave 4 stars instaed of 5 as i paid for 24hrs delievery and it took several days to arrive instead.”

“I absolutely love my shoes (Ladies Clarks Retro Lace-Up Trainer). Great quality and whilst expensive they are gorgeous and I'm happy I got them. No issues with sending to me in Australia. Received 2 weeks after ordering. Very happy customer.”
