“Shoes arrived quickly and as ordered. Third time using this company and have always been happy with the quick deliveries, great shoe quality and service. I did use the live chat service this time to ask a question about returns and I was told that Blunts do not allow returns. However when the shoes arrived there was a return label attached, so I was a bit confused. Other than this error, excellent.”

“I've just purchased a pair of elegant looking suede-look lace-up/side zip ankle boots. A tiny bit narrow for my wide feet and they were a bit tight across the top of my foot due to a seam but one wearing has made them supple and they now feel ok. So I'm happy especially as they were half the cost of other boots.”

“Only received 1 of the 2 parcels despite tracking numbers for both. Due to a system error, Parcel 2 wasn’t despatched. This was swiftly rectified and received next day. Disappointed that 1 of the 3 items that should have been shipped in parcel 2 wasn’t there.....and it wasn’t even on the despatch note. Awaiting a further response from customer services. Maybe I was just unlucky, but as a 1st time customer, the despatch issues will deter me from using Blunts again.”
