“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (one for me and one for my child) and unfortunately the shoes I ordered for myself had a design fault and the soles fell off both shoes. Customer services were friendly and helpful, they offered a full refund and apologised for the inconvenience. My child's shoes are brilliant, comfortable and she is wearing them daily. While I'm disappointed not to have the shoes I wanted I would recommend dealing with the company. I've bought from them in the past and will do again.”

“The shoes I ordered were unfortunately too small so had to return and had to pay for the postage to return so it actually ended up costing me so would reluctantly order again. The quality of the shoes was very good for the price though.”
