“Being my first purchase from Blunts Shoes I relied on reviews from Trustpilot. I was looking for a specific Clarks boys' black leather shoe and were the only store to have them in stock in the sizes I needed. Although you have to pay for returns, the service was very quick. I did have an issue with a second pair which had visible signs of having been tried on, probably in a shop floor setting, but after one phone call with a very helpful member of staff, they sent a pre-paid label for the return and sourced a new pair. It was so refreshing to speak to a real person. I would highly recommend this store to others.”
