“Excellent service- boots arrived quickly but I’d mistakenly ordered the wrong size- I spoke to a really helpful lady and ordered the correct size online and returned the first pair. I literally got a refund through next day and the new boots turned up the day after! Unbelievably good service. I’m over the moon with my Harley Davidson Wexford boots which were an absolute bargain. I will definitely order again from Blunts Shoes.”

“Very poor customer service. I have emailed the company twice and have not received any response, which is extremely disappointing. On top of that, the quality of the Skechers shoes I received does not seem genuine. They are very uncomfortable to wear, which is unusual as I have been a regular Skechers customer and never had this issue before. Overall, I am not satisfied with my experience and would not recommend based on the lack of communication and questionable product quality.”
