Placed an order. Was notified that the order was dispatched and then...nothing. The Post Office tracking never registered the parcel being collected from Blunts. Contacted Blunts to query and without even offering to send a replacement, they cancelled the order and refunded our money. Ordinarily this would be great but the order had been specifically chosen and we would have preferred to actually received the goods.
No need to send us a voucher in return for this review. We won’t be ordering from you again.
