A very poor experience. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong shoes and after chasing multiple times, was told that they no longer have the shoes in stock and I have to return them to get a refund (minus my postage) for an item I didn’t even order! I would have rather they told me that the shoes were out of stock before posting so the transaction could be cancelled and I would have saved on postage costs. It’s surprising that the company thought I’d accept a completely different product to the one purchased. The team weren’t helpful or sincerely apologetic. I’m also now having to risk going to the post office during this pandemic to get my refund. Sadly won’t be using Blunt shoes again.
