Spent £82 on a pair of boots , transaction made I asked the assistant for a bag as it was quite a large box to carry , she asked for 10p I said you have just put my purchase through,I don’t have any cash! She offered me an elastic band ! I am disgusted and I have come home , thought about this and you know what a want a full refund!! Not a credit note I will take my custom elsewhere!
