My mother and I visited the Kidderminster store today. We both have problems with our feet and finding comfortable, attractive shoes can be a huge problem. We were served by a lovely lady named Jan who went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. We tried on upto 10 pairs of shoes and she was so patient and friendly. Definitely has the patience of a saint! I would automatically go to this branch next time I need shoes, the selection is amazing. Jan, a huge thank you from both of us for all your help. She’s a credit to your store .
