I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (one for me and one for my child) and unfortunately the shoes I ordered for myself had a design fault and the soles fell off both shoes. Customer services were friendly and helpful, they offered a full refund and apologised for the inconvenience. My child's shoes are brilliant, comfortable and she is wearing them daily. While I'm disappointed not to have the shoes I wanted I would recommend dealing with the company. I've bought from them in the past and will do again.
