“I ordered two pairs of Wellington boots for my twin daughters, one size 1(33) and the other a size 2(34). I was shocked when I received them, they were tiny. Compared to another shoe of the same size, they were several centimetres shorter! I emailed to complain about the sizing and the fact that I would now have to pay to return them, even though it was their error, but all they could suggest was ordering another size. I won't be doing that as it would be pot luck with what you get. Disappointed.”

“Not happy with the inside package,the socks came without pack! They were also tiny stains on some of them However, I've been looking for these specific kind of socks so I won't send them back. I think the least is to pack the items in plastic,particularly at this time of crisis like this!”

“Paid for 24 hour delivery and, despite it showing as shipped the same day, the shoes turned up 3 working days later. Contacted Brunt’s who were unhelpful and refused to refund the delivery charge”

“Ordered on Sunday, email status 'awaiting fulfilment'. Monday status 'shipped', Thursday status 'refunded'. No explanation at all. Ordered same footwear on eBay no problem. Seller was Blunts TA someone else”
